I just want to say I bought a heli the accused and it took 3 weeks for me to get the heli after I sent the payment right away, when recieved the box was beat to **** and the parts were seperated into grocery bags and semi tied at the top, there were loose peices everywhere in the box and the box has holes so some parts fell out, misc screws and such...

Also he left the verticle fin out and said he was going to ship it but never recieved, decided to just give up... I understand what you went through and I would never buy from him again... I did not however feel like making a post and dealing with the idiots on this board, have fun... you have my story..

I applaud you for having the courage to come forth with your story.....I know that by doing so, you run the risk of getting some negative comments but in my case, I got nothing but support from everyone. Even the fellow that threw a few hard jabs came around after re-evaluating the entire situation. I wonder how many others are out there who have had negative dealings with kirrajas but that don't want to take the time or effort to come forth ???

While it might seem trivial to others, I am sure you were pretty upset over how kirrajas conducted himself.... so he screwed you out of a fin and a set of blades ??? Sounds like a lot more than the $5 bucks he tried to screw me out of......

Though not word for word, these and similar types comments is all I got from Raj.......

The way Raj Das treated you was totally unacceptable, in my opinion....

If others still want to do business with kirrajas, that's up to them..... but you have been forewarned.....

Perhaps the best thing to do is have kirrajas send you the merchandise up front for inspection and then send him the funds once it passes inspection....

I don't know of any better way to protect yourselves.....

I bought a Shogun from him via rc-universe classifieds over nine months ago. Sent $479 via PayPal and never got heli. Never got an explanation really after many emails. They started out with things like:

and then all went silent. I filed the PayPal dispute as late as possible and they sided with me, hence the above decision. I tried to revisit it a while later to see if he wanted to resolve it and then it was pretty much just denial on his part. I've got a folder full of emails but eventually decided to move on and enjoy the flying with another heli. (I have similar feelings to rander1 and never posted. Also I never hung out at rc-universe and didn't know kirrajas was over here for some time. Finally, as pre-emptive strike against any denials, this is the only time I've ever had a problem in close to 200 PayPal deals - mostly on ebay where I've got 100% feedback on over 180 transactions - username dmgoss)

Anyway, in case anyone wonders why he doesn't use his own PayPal I think it's that he has to resolve the above by sending me my $ before he can get on their system again.

Hope that sheds some light on things for you.

Isn't it amazing how a simple dispute over a "mere $5 bucks" has helped expose Raj Das so that everyone knows the type of person he really is ???

If I had been a victim of that $479 theft, you can bet your bottom dollar that I would pursue this matter criminally...It is not as hard to do as one might think.....

Thank you for coming forth with your post.....I always wondered why Raj would use someone else's PayPal account and not his own. That explains it very clearly......

PM me if you think you might want to pursue this matter criminally. I may be able to steer you in the right direction or possibly even help you. Sounds like you've kept all of the correspondence (evidence) so that is definitely a plus......

I have some very solid contact information for Raj so finding him will not be a problem......

Well, having come in REAL late on this I have two comments:

1) You are only as good as your word. If you say you'll refund the $5.50 you damn well better or you are a liar and a cheat and deserve all the flames thrown your way. Or better yet what they used to do with folks who cheated on "horse trading". Good on the original poster to bring this to our attention.

2) To all of you who think $5.50 is nothing, please send me $5.50. If everyone on RunRyder did that I'd happily retire. Scamming five bucks here, ten there etc. really adds up after awhile. More importantly, see point one.

Dgoss...The date you have listed was around the same time I bought from him. I got everything just as described. I must have just lucked out. I had one other dealing that he was a little slow on getting to me, but I got what I needed. I've still got all the transaction details if anyone needs the info for resolving their problems with him. No telling what went wrong with this guy to cause him to "Turn" on you guys. I hope you can recover everything you put out. Let me know if you need the transaction info for comparison and contrast.
