I would bitch and cry about it if it happened to me and I'm a Saint, lol. It isn't about the money, it's the princible. If they agreed to a refund and shipping then the guy should have done so, not stuff around and only refund the cost without the shipping. He should make it right and refund the shipping without someone chasing him for something he should have done in the first place.

Thanx, Steve. That means a lot coming from you....I have always had the upmost of respect for you.

I bent over backwards to give kirrajas an opportunity to do the right thing.... First, by giving him the benefit of the doubt and waiting 3 weeks before taking it to the next level.....

The next level was not coming here, though..... I continued to attempt to resolve this privately until he got porky and told me not to PM him anymore.

Well, I have obliged..... I have not PM'd him anymore and after very careful consideration, I decided to go public....

I stand to gain nothing from this whole episode other that knowing that perhaps I can prevent someone else from becoming the next victim....

This thread has had over 900 hits so far..... If only one person is prevented from getting burned, out of the 900, then I have accomplished my mission.....

I have purchased a used heli from Juan, and he IS an honest and sincere seller, and he made sure I was completely satisfied. He went the 'extra' mile, even shipping as cheap as he could, and as safely as he could. His packing was the best I've ever seen! You will find most on RR honest and sincere. You haven't been up front with your dealings with Juan, and are upset because he's letting us know about his dealings with you. Learn from it, and quit 'shooting yourself in the foot'.

LVeillon: don't ruin your reputation defending your friend, it's not worth it. Juan has many on RR happy with his 'principals', perhaps you should learn from it?

rtrickyjr...Don't clamp up dood! All has been discussed by myself and Juan. I have fairly high expectations just like Juan and get bent when people don't follow through sometimes in the smallest details. The point I was making was that sometimes principles get you in more trouble than you originally had intentions of setting. If the other person has NO principles you are doing no good to keep it going. I fell into a ridiculous argument over something that I misunderstood and have already discussed this with Juan.

I'm sure this will die down soon...

If so, sounds like you've cooled down some. Juan doesn't need the money, he wants honesty ... don't we all when buying on RR? I, for one, appreciate his bringing this to RR for it to be viewed. I've got burnt before, too, and it wasn't a good experience. I won't use kirrajas because he doesn't work honestly, and makes it difficult to return with full reimbursement. I don't purchase from people like that, got enough things to agrivate me, don't need another

You were absolutely correct (and, hope you continue to do so) to give the RR folks a "heads-up" on a deal that almost went sour and the narrative behind it. Your initiative and persistence was the only reason you didn't get ripped off and I applaud you for both that and having the cojones to let the rest of us know.

This guy obviously has enough understanding of honour and integrity,that he not only did his "friend" a favour,by loaning use of his PP account, but also made good his "friend's" shameful and decietful attempt to use that account fraudulantly.

Thanx, bagobits.....if you only knew the full story as I tried to resolve this matter privately and in an amicable fashion..........I have omitted a LOT of other information while dealing with Raj in private over the previous three weeks. I kept the contents of my original post to the bare minimum and as a "summary" of sorts because if I had not, it would have been so lengthy that no one would have cared to read it !!! .....

This will most likely be my last post so I would like to give and update......

The update is that nothing has changed...... I still have not received the MO Raj claims to have mailed...... (go figure !!) and he has not been man enough to fess up, either publicly or private.... (go figure !!!)
