Anyone interested in a barely flown 10SII Head? I bought it what seems like a hundred years ago for a small fortune ($400 in 1995) for my GS Alpha. The Alpha is now a basket case (I somehow destroyed the auto bearing and cant find another one to save my life). Would probably get rid of the entire thing if it gathered enough interest. Just fishin!

I just got my Kalt Whisper flying again. I put a new brushless motor and controller (Astro 020 and CC 60amp helicopter speed control combo made for the JR Voyager E ) and it works great in governor mode. I am using a 4000mah 3s lipo for power and getting 10 minuet flights with power to spare. I also put a new GY-401 HH gyro to hold the tail. Now if I could only find a Huey Cobra fuselage

I started out flying Kalts and greatly miss mine. It is a shame that HPI screwed us over when the killed the line. I will never buy an HPI product because of it. They kept saying they were going to bring it back but they just said I feel to sell off the parts they had. This is my opinion and think they just bought it to get the tooling for their car line.

The Baron 30 was one of the best looking and flying helis that were out there.

I had a baron 30. IT was a good machine untill a gust of wind pushed and crashed it into the backside of my poll garage.I could'nt find the parts to repair it(parts were real hard to find) so I sold it.

Kalt GS Alpha

I have a 3 Kalt GS Alphas and they are all quality machines. Still running with the original KG22 engines. The helis have been through a few crashes and yet they still live on. I managed to machine some parts since no one sell them anymore (ie. tail fin etc). Long story short, people still fly Kalts.

As a TEAM KALT (Helicopter Hotline) rep for so many years, this was quite a line up of R/C helicoters, as we knew it then!
I first met with MR. OKI (KALT founder) and Mr Ceoli (Mgr) of Circus Hobbies in Las Vegas and the other "Helicopter Hotline" reps from different parts of the nation. His every intent was to produce a very good quality product. Mr Oki loved and flew the helicopters himself. I have owned and flown every one of these helicopters and still have quite a few of them in the "Hanger Queen" row!!
I have kept my ORIGINAL Kalt Baron 28S heli that was my first Team sponcered helicopter. (Get this with a 110 gyro!!!)
My wife has made her claimed that the Circus Circus Omega Grand Prix in a Jet Stream fuselage painted in Circus Circus colors and was also used for a few magazine covers, belongs to HER! NOT FOR SALE!!
It's really Awesome to see so many of these helicopter still showing up here and there. And to read the different posts really brings back some memories!

KALT LONGRANGER

I have a kalt longranger 60 size os max sf metal head and sideframes old machine. All complete except top off fuzz is missing dont know much about the machine apart from parts are hard to come find, if anyone is interested i am willing to part with it mechanics are in very good condition hope this is some use for someone richy

Hello, ihave a kalt baron 30 airwolf
and a kalt GS BARON (gasser) with a raptor 90 tail i think I am the first with a raptor 90 tail it is cheaper then kalt spares and almost in every rc shop for sale,if someone is interested in how i managed this i will send you the specs and foto's

It works very good i've tested it a few times now

Kalt Whisper remanufactured parts

Hi folks, this is my first post so I hope it's OK to post this.
I have tooled up to make NEW Kalt Whisper canopies and body halves.
I have them on eBay (search - Kalt Whisper). I hope to have the Kalt Enforcer canopies ready in a few more days (not the body, unfortunately). If anyone has a canopy request, let me know and I'll try to find an original to pull a plug from. I'm restoring four Whispers and got sick of trying to find bodies and canopies. So here we are (20yrs of Spcl.FX has left me bored in retirement).

Inheirited Kalt GS ???

I have inheirited a Kalt GS helicopter with 2 kg-22 engines, 3 sets of blades, a spare tail, radio TX and RX and a bunch of other parts.
1. How can you tell if it is an Alpha or Baron?
2. Any idea on what it's all worth? I have a figure in my mind and would like to know if I am close.

I just started flying (hover) heli's Nov 06. I'm learning on a Kalt Baron 20, and I love this heli. Very simple, mechanical mixing and a motor driven gyro. I bought the heli in Hong Kong in 1989. It's taken a while to get it airborn, but finally she flies. I bought a spare heli on e-bay for parts, and yes I have had to use a few. I,m getting better, I can hold steady about 3 feet up. Right now I,m down for repairs. The clutch bearing disassembled rapidly while winding up to lift off. I,m glad the skids were on the ground.
