Fellow Heli Flyers,

I am writing to this forum to appeal to my fellow helicopter fliers. I have been working for Quickworldwide and flying there helicopters for almost 10 years. The company helped me learn about the hobby from a very young age helping me with R/C Cars. I started working for Irwin a few years later. I started at the ground floor and learned everything I could about the hobby from Irwin and his staff that has worked for him.

I am working in the factory in china developing new technology and overseaing quality control. I know that our helicopters are the best. We are always striving to reach the latest in inovative technology. Our electrics and nitro machines are far superior to anything else out there. I love flying the electrics as it is truely a no fuss.

I know the staff at Quickworldwide is among the best at helping customers through there questions. They are among the most knowledgable people in the business. Just as them a question and they can get you the answer. They are fliers just like you. They enjoy the hobby like you. They want to help you. So find out for yourself and give it a try.

If this is true, then why aren't they being used in any competition, like the 3D Masters and the like?

I have bought QWW parts in the past and found they do have some good things out there. I also had a Quick 30 Carbon Pro and that was nice as well, but I don't think they can compare to a MA Fury Extreme or any other competitive helicopter.

Heli Flyier,

I hope in that in the not so far future we have someone representing us in 3D Competions. That is a worth while challenge and I know we could live up to the our name. There is no doubt in my mind that we could take the heat of the competition and come out on top. I would not say something I did not believe myself, I personally beat the S@@t out of the machines and they have never let me down!! We know what we have and we know they are the best!!

My condolences to you. I once had a Quick WW helicopter for 6 months and I can only imagine the pain you have been through.

i flew qww helis for almost 1 year. had a quick 50 and 30.

i never EVER stoped having bullsh!t problems with them.

took all the gear out of them, and bought a RAPTOR 50

i wish i had just got a rappy from the start, would have saved me alot of headaches.

Heli's

I have flown every heli at one time or another, help newbies or customers that wanted there heli's setup. So I know that there are not to many heli's that will fly like a "Quick". Stable in a hover and aerobatic when given the stick input. This Heli will do any 3D that you can throw at it. It will also out last other popular "Plastic" machines. If you want to know what quality is buy Quick.

The Quick staff has dedicated itself to delivering quality and perfomance. You must try it to believe.....

I'll say...not to many heli's crash as much as irwin does either...personally I can see you working for irwin, I mean folks gotta make a living right? but I wouldnt blow smoke up our bum's with the claims of "the best heli out there"

sounds like a case of irwin calling and saying, "Stefan, you sign onto that RunRyder where I was a jackass (But still made some cash off of selling 40 kits for 40% off) and try to make amends and talk us up....it might change peoples attitudes about us and sucker in a few more folks that havent heard about our crappy rep."

What kind of problems did you have? I'm not defending QWW by no means, cause I know their stuff has been hit and miss up to this point. I must have gotten lucky because I have over 13 gallons through mine, and I have only replaced the tail shaft bearings and one-way in the clutch. I do all of shopping now locally with helicopterhobbies.com...quality and service second to none!!

This sounds like opening a can of worms.This is a tough crowd out here so ifQww wants to really make it up to the crowd and prove that they mean what they say i suggest start by giving a few 60 size helis away in a raffle or drawing.Let them fly it and tell the rest that it truely is the best machine out there .
I'll tell u this that the hobby shop related to QWW has a bad rep not that i have had a bad run in.But apparently someone planted some very very bad seeds and now its payback time....

lets put the cards down.....If you built the best most durable heli ever and never required anything.. youd be dead in the water some companys can make more double + the kits original value in replacements and upgrades...... kinda like why they give away cell phones..... they make a killing on the service same goes here....

To Quick : Find a personable pilot,put him on your best gear free,and let him demo at the fun flys.Pretty simple if you ask me......I don't want to bash.I have no experience with QWW.I don't understand why you don't have reps.I have never ever seen a quick heli fly at the field or on a video.
