| I think you might have to fix your linkage that connects to your blade grips.
The vibration can be fixed by tracking the blade and making sure that your blades are balance. To balance them, just place them side by side on the thin side of a ruler and add tape to one blade to even out the CG(center of gravity). Tracking the blades are also important. I think the manual shows direction as well as pictures to show you how to do this.
Your problem with the negative picth might be the linkage issue. You can also adjust the linkage on your servo to move the swashplate up more or down more.
TO make your heli more responsive, move the flybar weights in. I have mine about half way in the flybar and its a world of difference. You can move it all the way in if you want to.
I dont think they make metal gears. The pinion are already metal so if the gear is also metal then when you crash...its just going to break everything. Something has to give in a crash. Either the pinion or the gear.
