i switchd the collective washer,spacer thing i did that fix, and i lost one of the washers that was in the blade grips on a crash i fixed all my parts from the crash and i got the same size spacer from home depot and installed 2 of them. now my blade runs good i didnt fly it yet but there seems to be slight vibrations in the hleicopter,normal or sometihng i should fix/adjust? the head also seems to b tight good/bad?

You say the head seem to be tight. What do you mean? Rae the Bladgrips to tight? That could cause some vibration. Also might check and make sure you used two washers of same weight material. Its a small thing but I imagine it could make a difference.
