What is the difference between a Bell222 and the bell230?

Well according to a pilot I met about a week ago of a Mercy Air Bell 222, the 230 is a little longer and the exhaust stacks set higher. Check out the photo from that day at

He also said the 222 flys heavy and is fast but takes a bit to slow down.
