Kyosho Caliber 30 & 60 - Concept - Nexus > Kyosho Starter Shaft???

Have any of you have this Kyosho Starter Shaft???
I need to know is this shaft has a One way bearing in the top part were you inserted on the electric starter.

Price is around $40.00 in Tower Hobbies. Is there is something similar with a better price?????

I had 2 of these....both went bad. Yes it, the shaft has a one way bearing. I have a KS&J and a Quick one from Heliproz.......one KS&J went bad, the one way bearing, and the others have lasted well. The hex ball broke on my Zeal one as well....I gave up on the Zeal one....it hated me.

Works perfect

I´m using one when starting my Cal30 - no problems at all.
And I paid more like $55 for it - it´s expensive here in Sweden.

But I would recommend it!!

i use a pege start shat the one way part is on the end and requires a post on the start shaft i love mine not a bit of problem . just a tad of grease once a year..

Starter shaft

I have this starter extension as well. I have had mine a little over a year. This model does have the one way bearing. I have had great luck with this product. If I was going to purchase another one I might look toward s a clamp on version. The one way bearing is cool but I am not sure that you need it. There are many other similar models on teh markey for much less.
