I was planning on uploading daily photos of the IRCHA 2002 Jamboree. I will need a high speed internet connection.

After hours of research looking for a connection in Muncie and now being told I cannot use AMA's T1 line, I will now have to drive back one hour to Indianapolis to upload photos.

This sucks.

Mark.

idiots.

They can afford a palace to feed their own
ego's, er, ah, new headquarters but can't
do this. Of course, thats where the new
$10 fee increase is going to.

It'd be cheaper to courier or burn and mail a
CD.

Us helicopter guys are just a little bit too close to the technological bleeding edge for AMA’s taste (joke).

We just can’t get no respect.

Anyone staying at the local hotels could check to see if they have a T1 for use by customers and let Mark know.

Mark,

Did you want to plug your computer into their network? In their place I'd be careful about someone wanting to do that to my network, as should anyone who depends on their network to keep their business running.

You could burn a CD they could virus scan then upload from one of their hosts.

your going to need a somewhat legit outift, (blue jumper works well), with official markings to gain access to the wiring closet and some wireless gear ;-)
