Can someone recommend a good swashplate level tool for the Fury? Also, can someone recommend a good paddle alignment tool? Thank you

I have a helimax pitch gauge that I have removed the clamp inside part and used as paddle alignment tool. In my case we just used the main rotor bolts as reference to level the paddles ( I suppose you would need to make sure the blade bolts are the same lenght).

So I killed 2 birds with that stone, it can be used for both pitch and paddle alignment. I like it when I get 2 tools for the price of one.

I borrowed a friends to set up my Raven and it worked great. It even helped me mix out any cross controlling by the servos when applying cyclic. All I did was mix aileron to pitch and elev to pitch and then tuned each servo out as best as I could. I've still got a tad of interaction but nothing like it was before!

I made sure that my heli was level first, then I used my boom to flybar locking tool with a line level on the flybar. When the flybar is level I locked the tool. Then I took the level off the flybar and repositioned it on my pitch gauge which I set at 0. I then moved my paddle to where it is level and tighten it down. This has made a BIG difference for me.

Ron Lund at Rick's has either a Gary Wright tool or another of similar design for swashplate. I use also the KSJ paddle gauges.
