I have two tail support booms breaking during flight, plastic part torn apart. (little white onces that you CA on to the carbon rod)
This in 6 flights total.

No hard landing, actually last one was in the first flight so it had no landing at all...

Good thing is that flight performace isnt that much affected so a safe landing was no problem.

Just a scare when you fly FFF and see something coming loose and hanging under the heli.

Guess are so hard from the beginning that they break of the vibrations.

So a good tip is to boil them before you use them so they get a little more flexible.

Hej,

is it really possible to boil them? Have you done it?
Sounds crazy, but I'll do it for sure if it solves the problem.

Halloj,

Yep, its quite common to do to get more flex in plastic parts.

Search t-rex forum for boil.
You find posts like this

One of my white tail support mounts broke simply by assembling the support!

Yup the white plastic in these puppies is about as strong as Ivory soap.
