Just collecting the parts together ready to build my Avant (when it arrives). Am I right in thinking that only 1 servo extension lead is needed (for the tail Servo). Anything else required or points to note?

Thanks in advance

Dont need the servo extension at all, tail servo is at front with all the others .

Get some new hirobo plastic ball links 2524-001, mine looked at bit worse for wear. Get a couple of spare Hirobo balls with the 5mm shoulder, 2525-007. And if you are going to use the 8.08 ratio get a washer 2506-029.

Other than that its all on the freya, ENJOY.

Hi Bigglesbuttler

Just smile

Si,

No need for the spacer if you use a regular ball with the brass washers that come with the kit. Also the CCPM Front lever has enough adjustment allowance to make the regular ball align vertically with the front swashplate ball. We need to update the manual about that.

Jensen,

Look at page 10 of the Instructions Manual for an explanation.
Also the correct part number is 2506-032 .

I would advise that you make sure the little buttonhead screws that are used to mount the "Ratio Block" (Step #21 Page #29) slide in and out of their holes before trying to mount them. The button heads allen sockets will strip fairly easy as will most small hardware of this type. Don't ask me how I know!!

Over all everything goes together very nicely.
