what is the safest way that all of you guys using to buy items on RR?
how does UPS works? a men from UPS come to the seller and take the item from him, then the item passes to the buyer and the buyer pays for UPS and they transfer the money to the seller??

I think UPS charges $7.50 COD fee. They do not take personal checks, or cash. You can not open the box before paying for it, so if I send you a box of bricks, COD, where is the advantage to the buyer?

I need to trust the seller that wont send me box full of bricks, but it is safer then the regular USPS no? cause i seen severl cases that the box was badley dameged... so for 7.50 bucks its no big deal...

If the box is badly damaged, that has nothing to do with RunRyder, or buying from someone here. The best course of action, is to "know" your seller. I would ship FedEx long before using UPS.

find out who you are buying from, get references. That is your best bet

COD doesn't do much since he can ship you a brick and you cannot open to inspect prior to acceptance

If it is big money, use US Postal Money Order. It is a bona-fide felony to defraud using the mail system.

Get references, it is easy to do
