Here is a quote: "the battery went dead at a 3 foot hover and the controls stuck! I had to run up to the heli and grab it in mid-air by the tail boom to pinch the fuel line! Get a voltage meter!!! "
Duhhh!!?? Nexus 30 .... grab it in mid-air??? I wouldn't do.  I would definitely prefer to have a voltmeter.  And yes, a crash is also an available option!!
