| BEWARE OF CHRIS LAFOLLETTEChris Lafollette - I've been extremely patient with you, and after reading all of this crap, that was foolish of me. You and I agreed to trade some items back in January. I sent you my OS 50 crankcase, backplate and parts. You told me that you received the items and that you'd send out my raptor parts right away. I have waited ever since (going on 3 months now) for those parts to arrive, all the while you've been feeding me excuse after excuse. I told you at the beginning of this past week that I expected to have the parts in my possession by today, and they aren't here, but you have sent me some more excuses as to why you couldn't get to the post office to mail the parts. I'm all out of patience, Chris. I don't care if you're 15, or if you're 95. I don't care that you've "tried" to get the parts sent out for the past several weeks. I don't care that you have 101 excuses about not being able to get to the post office to mail me my parts. All I know is that you've failed in our agreement. I've given you ample time to get a couple of parts in the mail to me. I gave you 2 months worth of PM'ing back and forth to work this out. Now I find out that you're playing this game with lots of guys. You owe me and you will pay. You will quickly learn that treating people this way will ruin your name and reputation. The rc heli community is fairly small, and full of people with acute memories. If you're going to be a big boy and buy & sell here on Runryder, you need to play by the rules.
Here is what you need to do to keep me on my leash:
Send me a money order in the amount of $35.00, or I will accept a paypal payment, but you're adding the 3% to go that route. I don't want your raptor parts (I don't really believe that you ever had them anyways...), just the $35 which is what we agreed on the value of my crankcase and the value of your parts. If you don't recall that, then I will gladly post all of your PM'ed excuses to me about this mess on this forum right here. I know you have my address since I've sent it to you several times.
Do not think that I will soon forget about this. It's not that the $35 is an agonizing loss to me - it isn't, and that's why I've let this go on for 3 months now. I hate being taken advantage of, and now I'm pissed. You've given several of us here on Runryder reason to distrust you, and I'm going to try my hardest to see that you don't take advantage of anyone else.
If you fail to send me my money, I will contact your local authorities. |
