I am charging my TP2100 3 cells today using Triton and notice that amp set on 2.0A, when it starts charging it will go from 0.1A increase to 2.0A then decrease to 0.1A, is it normal?

Yes, it's normal.
When charging Lithium batteries, the Triton ramps up and down the voltage, something to do with monitoring how the battery responds (forgotten the indepth explanation).

Set your amps to 2.1 (1C), it will still take 80-90 minutes to fully charge.
