e-Miniature Aircraft Furion - Razor - Ion-X > Which Head Shims Do You Use

I am going through the Ion and was looking over the head and noticed the O-rings had worn against the shims creating a small amount of rubber debris between the grip and the spindle c-clip. I was running one 1mm shim along with one .25mm on each side. The head did feel a little soft doing 3D. What would you reccomend for 3D work?

Thanks

I like the hard o rings wiht one thick shim on each side Eric larson told me to try this and i like it alot
The orings are 90 durometer hardness vs the stock 70s

I use the stock O-rings with all the shims that come in the kit
it is very hard to get the E-clips on but after you fight that for a while
the head is very stiff
I may have to try what Bobbie is saying, that sounds a lot easier
if it is as stiff

Thanks Bobby

I'm gonna order me a set as well. I tried using a 1mm and a .5mm shim and I get a little vibration, this may be tracking but I had no time to check it.
