I am wanting to make a camera ship out of my Ergo 60. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to make a Ergo 60 into an electric to try to reduce the vibration?

Jamie,

The only large JR heli electric conversion I have seen has been for the Vigor.

I have seen Voyager 50E 's used for AP, but still you are very much limited as to what you can carry and with NIMH batts you are still looking at about 8 min. of flight time? I have also seen a lot of Joker's used for AP but those pretty expensive (So I have Heard)

I would suggest a Gas Heli for an AP platform.

See ya,

Jarrett

Hello,
Last year I converted an Ergo60 to electric. It has about 30 flights with the original head and now I put an Xcell Head on it for better 3D.
It has power close to a .90 glow and up to 12 min flight time. I'm working on a body for it now.
Check my gallery for pics.
