| I bought four 5s4p Gen II lite packs over a year ago through Jason, who I hear has been promoted. Two of the packs arrived with swollen cells and I spoke with Jason and he promptly replaced the packs at no charge. Nice quick service! I've not had a problem with them since.
I have not bought any new large packs since then. Sooner or later I'll be buying some more when I upgrade the power system of my heli's. I've read on these forums problems people are having with customer service. Frankly, it is concerning me. I like a company with good quick customer service. Granted, TP batteries are gaining in popularity, but I don't think that is a good excuse for poor customer service. You can always hire more people to deal with it.
