I ordered a new battery from TPPacks yesterday and paid with Paypal and never got an e-mail confirmation. Does this sound correct to anyone who has bought from them before? I heard they were good so I paid a little extra to buy from them.

I did finally get confirmation. Now I just have to get the pack. I had to send my other pack out to TP for evaluation so I am grounded until I get this pack.

Gary not only gave great service but when I tried to change my order, gave me advice on why not to, and he was bang on. glad he talked me out of the change.
Gary was out of town once when I placed an order to be shipped via express mail. When he came back, he sent me an email and said since it was late, he would refund the shipping and express it anyway.
