Try the tail grip mod on trexspaming
That should help
Also make sure your belt is the correct tension.

Try to get the tail pitch mech silky smooth, take the pushrod off the servo and check it, as Tim says the blade grips may be too tight and require some work, check all the ball links. I had loads of wag problems and I thought my pitch slider was smooth, but it turned out that by getting it even smoother stopped the wag.

Thank you guys...It was caused by binding...I went and bought a new 240 GYRO thinking it was the gyro but it wasn't...My tail rotor was notchy due to the platic ball links...They should get rid of those darn things...I fly a Venture and it is very stable...This seems kind of unstable but my Venture is dialed and runs with a 401...I'm guessing the T-Rex will get me to be a better gas heli pilot due to dealing with more sensitivity...I hope...Less expensive to crash the Rex
