Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to give you an update on my new Tanic 7350 batteries. Just received them today. Each battery came at exactly 19.0 volts, that’s about a 20-30% charge. I am using my Excel spread sheet to document how many charges I get.

Charged them up and took them out for a flight. It was 29 degrees out and very little wind. Put about 12 min flight on them mostly just flying around and doing a few tumbles. Was very pleased with the power, it is equal to or even a little more than my TP-8000. Could not tell for sure the batteries never got above 88 degrees. After flying checked my Tanic taps and one pack was 3.79 on all taps and the other was 3.78 on all taps.

I will keep everyone informed with my experience. So far very impressed.

Went all Electrons, No more mess

Hi. How do you mesure the voltage of your packs? Under load?
Thanks a lot.

I just recieved my new 5S3P pack from Boomstrike on Friday for my Logo 14 (can't swing a set of Ion packs at the moment $$$). I also have one set of the TP 5S4P Grey srtipes with less than 5 cycles on them. I flew the 14 yesterday alternating the two packs, I flew 5 very easy flights with the Tanics just to get them broken in. On the 6th flight with the Tanics I flew my normal routine, all I can say is I am very pleased with the Tanic pack, performance and temperature is equal to my TP pack. I will post more after I get a few more cycles on the packs.

Hi Everyone,

Have a rather interesting update on my Tanic packs. As with all of my batteries I check for capacity after a few charges when new. I discharged my new Tanic to 17.00v @ 2amps down to .20amps. Let batteries rest for 1hr and then charge, now comes the interesting part. The Tanic 7350-5s3p took 7559ma of electrons!! My TP 8000 Gen II Lite batteries under the same test took 7840ma of electrons, very interesting. The Tanic holds more than rated capacity and the TP holds less.

Have not had a chance to really but the Tanic’s to the test, the weather in Michigan has been very cold and snowy.

Went all Electrons, No more mess
