What a sweet little improvement this makes to the rex. BillP flew both at tour funfly and loved the CPPM. After flying Battlecons, I did not even want to fly my stock one any more.

It is faster (flips and rolls) but more stable in a hover. I don't know enough about CPPM to tell you why but it is. This is one well thought out design. Trust me if you try it you will be addicted.

Hey Donkey,
Here is an example of why it is more stable in a hover… try lifting a a round couch by yourself, possible but it becomes clumsy an shakey. Now try try with three people at equal distances you will be able to teeter that thing in any direction and not stumble as long as everyone is moving in unison (Up, Down, To The Corners) and you will notice there is almost no stress on your end.

Just call it the three muskateer theory… One for all & all for one.

Great crash test today on the new frame It held Very well for an almost full speed plow

results was

Boom strike that didn't break wood main blades but it took out the aluminum boom my typical break the horizontal fin and mount routine

broke 2 mix arms and desimated the stock landing gear.
only damage to the frame was landing gear mounts, the glue joints failed that hold them in place nothing to blemish the frame though and only requires a reglue

so for a crash test rating in HARD Dirt Surface was a 9.5 out of 10
