Looking for the best muffler for the os50. I have it on a raptor 50 with with the TT50 muffler, I also run a GV-1 so the pipe may not be the one.
Looking for more power and less noise

No such a thing, any muffler reducing power. except v-tec and others.

I had heaps of problems with an OS50 on my Robbe Sport, initialy sold with a tuned pipe but had nothing but trouble, too rich on full tank too lean near empty.....got me a Weston Mini Pipe, great service and landed within 2 weeks (UK to Australia).

Two piece design for the Robbe/OS50, one piece for other combo's. I'm no expert but have not had a problem since, can't remember when tuned the high speed needle, relaible, quiet and runs real smooth.....
