i crashed this morning while flying my heli. when i turned it on again the motor spins but the head and tail are spinning but very slow. whats wrong is it the one way bearing that it cracked or something?

Not to be snippy or anything, but you're the guy with the broken heli sitting in front of you.

It's not rocket science to figure out why the motor spins fast, but nothing else does.

Take some time, look over your chopper, and find the problem. You're closer to the solution than most others who don't even know how bad your crash was...

if i cant find the problem then ill have to go to my lhs and ill also buy a new gyro to replace my align one

Your Main Shaft! My thinking

I think your one-way bearing on your main shaft is the problem. I think it is not holding anymore.

Mine did that when I sheared the screw holding the main rotor head (screw #11 on the directions). The motor will turn the shaft but it just free spins inside the main rotor head.
