It's your own fault. If you are going to leave all these good ideas laying around on this forem, you must expect someone to steal them.
Well after building several CCPM conversions, I decided to try to build one that was cheap, good and easy, so I stole all the great ideas, threw in a couple of my own. Here is my ultimate design (for me).
http://home.earthlink.net/~helicopters/ I would like to thank all I have borrowed from. I am sorry I can not remember my victims name, but you know who you are. Thanks Jack

Looks great .
I saw in one of your pictures that your are using a GWS receiver make sure you use a peace of tape to hold the crystal in and to bend the legs out alittle on the crystal. I have had a crystal fall out on one of my planks and it ended up costing me a plane and electronics.

I'd ditch the glitchmeister completely and replace it with a better receiver. Those things aren't worth risking your heli for, especially such a nice one.

jack! you beat me to it! ;P

after reading all these ccpm threads, i was convinced too. playing around with the servo arrangements on a spare body, i came up with a design like yours. but then i thought about this one...

you'd shave the arms off of the original pitch/elev servo box (part of the frame that's screwed in) that would screw into the front area of the main mast (arrangement would be reverse of what you have now) almost just like 3De's kit but u use the mentioned orig servo box, trim (not completely remove) the front mast area. the 3rd servo would sit right above the tail drive gear behind the main mast, mounted in a manner your using (dremel frame for servo cavity, screw to frame w/spacers).

Crystal

The first thing I did was solder the crystal in. I agree with you about the reciever. Will drop a Mini Jr or a Borgue in as soon as I can locate one.
