| Had a near miss today, was spooling up and couldn't get tail authority at lift off, just didn't seem to have enough tail power to hold.
2 mins of checking and found that the tail rotor hub grub screw had come loose.......lucky escape, wouldn't have wanted that to loosen up in the air. I did put the R48 compound on it, so odd that it managed to come undone. Locktited it with 222 this time, that won't be coming undone again.
