I'd say yes it will work,,, but,,, where the the linkage-ball is mounted (off to the side), I would think it will slow down your cyclic (some) !!!

Hi,
Those are T & T X-cell standard plastic head optional parts. It should work I think.
Ball end and linkage mount on side way of the mixing arm.
T & T center hub #TT201 will need some work because different rubber damper, try some different size o ring.
Good luck guy.

Anodised parts

Isaac,

Seeing many of your posts on the net over time, it has been plain to see that one of your pleasures in R/C helis is adding anodized "norts". They are not as popular with Century helicopters because they are not as required as with some other brands. With many other brands the stock part will wear in short order so the flyer will upgrade to a part that will not wear so quickly. In most cases the upgrade part is anodized a "kewl" color. This is to give the purchaser some justification for the dollars he just spent. He will have a heli that now has more "spotlight value". It will say, "hey look at me I am not a stock part, talk to my owner and ask him about me".

So for owners who want more "spotlight value" added too their Century heli, Century does make some anodized items available.
1 - Machined and Anodized head button in black for those (Buyer A) that want to be less conspicuous but want to just have the more practical advantage of being able to stop the rotor with the palm of their hand. NOTE: Also available in anodized purple for those who want the same prcatical advantage but who are more "spotlight value" (Buyer B) oriented.
2 - Machined anodized cooling fan - the stock fan is more then up to the task of cooling the engine. But Century recognizes the fact that the buddy of a Century flyer may have had to put an anodized machined fan on his brand to cool it properly so the "B" Century flyer may want the same "spotlight value" on his. No practical benefit, but it does have of "spotlight" factor.
3 - The SE radius guide is available in black anodization for upgrading the Hawk IV to the SE standard. This will be purchased by the "A" fellow who only wants it for the practical aspect of having a more controlled movement of the swashplate vertically. But Century also makes the same unit in a purple anodization for the "B" flyer who also wants the "spotlight" factor.
4 - If one wants to move the tail rotor servo to the back of the mechanics there is a black one available for buyer "A" and a graphite/purple anodized unit for "B".
5 - Century also has colour anodized tail booms available for the "B" flyer.
6 - Century also has the C/F booms available for the "B" flyer. (NOTE: I gave up flying graphite booms years ago (when I flew X-Cell graphite booms) and discovered they were a "downgrade" to performance rather then an upgrade because they flexed a lot more in hard pirouetting manoevers.) But they do look "Kewl".

These are just 6 of the examples, there are more but I think you get the picture.

I was at a funfly this past weekend that had two Raptors, one Millenium, one Freya, 4 MinAirs, 12 TSK's and 17 Century helis. I am sure their was more "anodized" bits on the 4 other helis then there were on all the 29 TSK and Century helis combined.

precision swash plate

Phil,,, but pretty is pretty,,, LOL,,,
the only upgrade parts I have on my Hawk SE V2 is,
1) silver head button (I wanted purple but Century would not send me the purple head button because my rotor head block is silver !!, go figure)
2) sipper unit,
3) torque tube,
4) rear mounted rudder servo mount, this mount is mounted to the frame (not the boom)...

Other than what I have listed, and considering that Isaac F owns a SE V2, the most useful upgraded part I would recommend to buy for his Century is a precision swash plate,,, with less than 3 gallons of fuel on my V2 the all metal swash plate has some slop/play between the top and bottom bearings !!,,, I'm sure a swash plate with no slop would make a heli fly smoother !

Phil,,, is there a way I could remove the slop in my V2 swash plate ?!?!,,, there must be a good .030" of up and down slop between the 2 bearings !!!
