Working on my binding issue on my T rex and when I move my cyclic fore/aft and left/right all at once for say 30 seconds my cc 25's red light starts to flicker then gets brighter and brighter until it is solid red and all my controls stop and will not move.

Is this normal for cc25's? I have a second one and tried it.....same results.

Nothing in troubleshooting mentions this. Makes me think that it is overheating.

It sounds like your putting more then a 1.5 amp load on the BEC. It will cause it to reboot so to speak. I have had similar problems while trouble shooting binding and the ESC restarting from the load of the servos. What servos are you using? I dont think the lights on my ESC behaved the same way as yours though.

Just removed the old hs 55's and installed new 56's. Much better improvement. Thats when I noticed the light and bog down of the servos. They even started twitching for a moment.

Thanks for your input. I didn't know it would do that when the load reached 1.5.

Thats why I asked about the servos. The HS56's are faster and drawing more power. Yea the CC25 is rated for use with 3 servos "1.5amp BEC". The CC35 is rated for use with 4 servos "3.0amp BEC". Must be 4 big servos? You can always add in a BEC and bypass the one on the CC25. There is a thread about doing such a thing in the Shogun forum. Link to old thread
