| I got your email but deleted it accidentially. You asked where I got my SR-T? A guy I work with has a friend who put bought it as an ARF but never flew it. From the manual I have I think it is a 1990 or 1991. It's a nice looking heli and is OK for myself being a beginner. I am upgrading now and just received a Raptor 50 kit w/ OS50. Can't wait to get it in the air and the crash parts are much cheaper than the SR-T.
What do you mean by the tail drive "wobble"? Do you mean how the tail wire fits sloppy in the tail drive?
I just had my secondary shaft out and noticed that it had two spots where the grub screws tighten down for the pinion gear. Is your like this? I filled the one not used with JB weld because the larger diameter bearing was sitting loosely on the shaft and causing my gears to grind away. You may want to check yours out. |
