| For the price you cant go wrong with the Align BL motor. I paid $40 for mine. I have about 30 flights on it so far. I took a little bit of time but I have the whole setup running cool. Battery barely gets warm. The motor used to get real hot. I reduced the throttle curve a little. I must have had to much head spead. Now after a 10 min flight I can touch it for a few seconds and it doenst burn. It seems like a reasonable operating temprature. I ordered a secone one for my other T-Rex. The kit cam supplied with several pinions and screws for the motor. Allot of the videos of guys doing 3D are using the Align motor. Im just as impressed with the motor as I am from the heli. I havent seen anything from Align that wasnt made good and cheap so far. |
