Hey Guys!

When I fly fast backwards and pulls out of a turn (still backwards) or when I do a tail in funnel the tail swings around

but just as it does I hear that the gyro is stalling the tailblades..

this is with Ergo 50, 401/9253 and standard tail blades..

I´m gonna try with some NHP 95mm cut down to 90mm as soon as I can.. anyone tried this? or similar?

flimsy tail blades

the stock plastic grey tail blades have a reputation for being flimsy. I have been using the plastic KSJ blades and they work great. I don't do any intentional backwards flying though....

NHP ones

Hey ErgoNut

Just placed an order for pair of NHP 95mm ones which I´m gonna cut down to 90 mm..

I figured they (jr plastic) was pretty flimsy.. other then that I just wanted to know if it was anything else that caused it.. we´ll see with the NHP ones..

Bigger Tail-Disc

You may want to pick up the NHP 85MM tail blades. These are specifically for 46-50 size helicopters. Horizon only recently began listing them, so I know they are available here. I picked up mine in England when on vacation and I stopped by Quick UK. Hope this helps.

Yes I know thank you..

but I wanna have some longer blades anyways.. and then the cut down NHP ones will be just fine..

Hey just my thought i have a vig and my bud flys a vig cs if he flys mine fast back it will do the same thing ..his will not due to the shaft vs belt
on a fast back flight the belt will load up and cause a stall for a split sec no matter how tight you run it ,,if you fly hard fast back the belt will slap and load up ..if your doing these things then you may need to upgrade its time for a shaft tail..
