What were your mods. I have read on RCU of some mods people were doing to them. I have considered picking one up.

What I did was;
First remove the plastic body
trim the rear rotor
add a new lipo battery
They have a complete mod review on pdf over at RC Groups.com

I used some tape on the top set of blades to get rid of the left yaw. I replaced the battery and now it flies great. I get about a dozen one minute flights from the new battery.
