Whopper not lifting off.

Hi, I just read about your non-liftoff plight with your Whopper and I think I know the fix. This happened to me also now to get to the point. There is a thin flat thrust washer on the rotor shaft that fits between the planetary (lg plastic gear) and the bearing next to it that if missing, causes the planetary gear to bind on the pinon gear when lift off is occurring. I found this out by lifting the machine by the rotor head and trying to turn the body, it should turn freely when the thrust washer is in place and will not allow the body to turn freely if it is missing. I hope this helps you, let me know OK. Frank
