I`m new to heli`s just starting . Bought my radio today a JR8103. My question is I was wanting to buy a futaba GY401 , is it compatable with my radio? If not what type of gyro do you suggest I Buy? Prefer to try a heading hold. Thanks for the help....

GY401 Gyro

The Futaba gyro will work great with the JR 8103 radio. You will have to do a little trimming on the plug to make it fit JR RX. I would also suggest you get the Futaba S9253 digital servo.

Perfect Combo

I fly a 10X, and I use Futaba 401 gyros on 2 of my four helicopters. The 401 with 9253 servo will work great!!

401 Gyro Setup

Check out Michael Prewitt's website. He has add a how-to setup a Futaba GY401 with a JR 8103.
