HIROBO Freya - Sceadu - Shuttle > Please help me decide, OS91 or YS80?

Just wanted to inform everyone I just got the 11T aftermarket pinion gear from Cyberheli as well as the EX 93T Main gear.

I'm now torn deciding which engine to get, YS80 or OS91? K&S or Hatori muffler?

My style of flying is leaning towards FAI w/ some mild 3D (flips and tumbles).

The one thing going for the YS80 I am certain is the pumped system is a genuine advantage since the engine will perform the same whether the tank is full or near empty. Comparing the YS61ST2 vs the OS61WC, I have experienced first hand that the YS has a advantage.

For the OS91, you get lower noise level, brute strength BUT I hate having to buy a new (and expensive) reduction starter, and knowing the fact that in a year, OS might come out with a more refined version w/ 3 needle carb.

As for mufflers, the new hatori 983/984 is shorter than the older 980/981 (check out rotor.com.sg for pics) wherein a bad crash will have a higher probability the crankcase might get damaged. I am sick of O-rings on Hatoris.

The K&S has a 2 piece design which I have seen first hand in a crash to break off at the coupler, but noise level is not as reduced as the hatori and the coupler is another must-have spare in the parts bin.

Has anyone flown both on a Freya and can give the lowdown on which is really better?
