e-Align T-REX 450-500-600 > Tail Rotor Hub Pulley Slipping

I just finished building my T-Rex 450X today and after a couple of flights the tail rotor hub pulley (part number 134 with the pulley) started to slip on the tail rotor shaft.

Anyone else experience this? It came off fairly easily and I will try to CA it onto the shaft. The shaft has an area with grooves in it where the pulley goes...once it starts to slip, it pretty much files away the plastic on the pulley.

Thanks,
Dan

I didn't have any experience like that but the thing that i found was happen on part # 145 (Tail rotor control set) it's become loosed so the response of my tail so slow. Now i try to spare this part just in case.
