I would like to get a JR G6000Tw/8000G for my FREYA80,but some helimates didn`t give it positive testing experience about it`s moving drifts, but Mr.Bob Johnston tested it nice.Or I should try F/GY601+9251?

Dont beleive the hype. Its a very good gyro indeed but in some cases it will drift, like whenyou take it from a hot envirenment to a cold one and then try to use it. Also they say in the manual if you are using a 80/90 size engine you can expect some drift. I have mine dialled in pretty much now and it does not drift for 99% of the time.

The only gyros which still wont drift AT ALL are the Futaba AVCS gyros.

Cheers, Will.

I found out and believe the drift is related to the setup. With proper setup the 5000T's will also not drift. I own three 5000T's and are very happy with them.

I have the GY502 and the 601 and can state that in my personal experience with the JR 5000/8700 combo and having seen two 6000's fly, the Futaba GY series of gyros comes out on top every time!. No drift. Ever! Once set up you never have to re-set the 601 unless you change your T/R settings. The software to program the 601 is easy to use and the 3D/ FAI tail comp feature is neat to play with...the 3D setting will stop the tail quite abruptly, no bounce back or wiggle...the FAI set-up will make the T/R respond "softer" but with the same power and control. Dollar to dollar, the GY gyros are the very best IMO!. Chris

Get the GY601. Why? Because Mark Ryder(owner of RunRyder) switched from his G5000T to a 601. The GY601 is the king of gyros bar none. The G5000T is good too, but JR is asking too much for it still and it doesn't perform as well as the 601.

Hehehe from that kind of view you are right
But if you look at the price and tech. specs. you´ll notice that they arent the same
And all you guys that keeps saying "601/92....combo is the best" have ever tried JR?
