| Alex, I'll be able to let you know in a week or so.
I currently fly a CCPM converted Vigor, and am in the
process of converting my Pro2K into a "Super Fury".
Having assembled the main frames on the Fury,
I can say the Vigor CCPM is still a little easier to put together.
Mine is belt drive, so I can't compare the driven tail setup.
I purchased my Vigor used from a friend, and spent
a few hours trying to free up the stock mixing lever setup.
After going over all the ball links, it was better but still
not as smooth as I'd like. Since I was really just looking for
an excuse to get the CCPM conversion, I went ahead.
I like it much better. I did have a chance to fly the stock machine
when my friend owned it, and it was not to my liking. He was
running the grey KSJ paddles, which was probably the source
of the twitchy feel I really dislike. I run it now with the black
M.A. 3D paddles, and 700 V-blades. If you go the CCPM
route, you'll find the swashplate level tool Gary Wright makes
to be of great value.
I agree with all the comments above: the carbon frames
are a useless expense on the Fury.
