| The Zeal aluminum clutch bell is very nice. I think Tower still has them. Dunno the part number offhand; just search for Zeal clutch bell, and failing that, peruse the heli accessories on that site. You will need the separate drive gear for it, as well.
If the clutch is sprung, it will let you know by engaging at very low rpm. Assuming the liner is installed correctly, and assuming the clutch is normal, you shouldn't see clutch engagement at idle. Are the outer surfaces of the shoes burned (black)? If not, it's probably okay.
HOWEVER; a new clutch liner can cause early engagement and still be okay; sometimes they need to "wear in".
This is one of those subjective things; ya gotta be there to see. If the clutch is "grabbing" as soon as you crank up, then it probably needs replacing, or you got a high spot on the liner. If you smell the liner frying again, well, in my business we call that a clue...
