I think it is a great looking body (EuroCopter EC130) and there are loads of different scale paint schemes out there. Just wondering if anyone is selling this scale body.

the single engine ec130 is cool , how about twin engine as355 in the same paint scheme , wouldn't that be nice too ..

The 130 really is a sexy machine..... and it looks as though it would be pretty easy to kit. The front seats are far enough forward that almost any mechanics would work inside it and still have room for a full front cockpit. Even the damn landing gear rocks!

Len Mount has all of the drawings and documentation to make this one in 1/6th scale that he got from McAlpine in England and it's actually the very same machine. McAlpine is the Eurocopter dealer in England. He came really close to starting on the plug before he decided to do the Huey. I think the only reason he didn't was he thought he wouldn't sell too many of them. He is coming to the HeatWave in July and if they have a BlackHawk there (according to Chris they are going to) he is going to document that one, and I am working real hard on him to do a large gasser or turbine powered L&O BlackHawk kit! We will have to wait and see though, his wife told me "no more new helis" building the plug is hard on his health. David Sweatt

Thanks for the info. I heard Len was coming down for the Heat Wave. I will be there and I hope he brings the turbine jet ranger and some other cools toyz as well.

I think I would build this heli if I could find a body.
