Can someone point me in the direction of a SolidWorks viewer that I can use to get dimensions etc. from the model? I have the one from SolidWorks, but all it will do is let you zoom, rotate & pan. Otherwise, I'll need to get the model converted into a .stp file or Pro/E .prt file. Any help here?
Thanks,
Woody

If you only have the native solidworks part or assy, there isn't much you can do in the Viewer or eDrawings except view the part. If you can get an ePart or eAssy you can take measurements off the part as long as the person who saved the solidworks part as an ePart checks the option to allow the part to be measured. Then you could use eDrawings to pull measurements from the model.

Otherwise get the stl and open it in Pro.
