I just got a carbon fiber boom for my Freya. Since I'm using the stock plastic frames, I'm wondering what is the best way to electrically connect the engine block with the carbon boom. Any suggestions ?

Perhaps you don't need to ground the new Carbon fiber boom. Maybe you will be ok just running it.
Did you have your stock boom grounded because of glitching? I have read about that. Good question does CF conduct electricity ??????

Raw CF will conduct but once it is formed
w/ epoxy and coated, it doesn't. So, you have
to sand it down to bare CF and then run a
wire.

Personally, I'd run it w/o and see if a drain
wire was even needed. I'd probably just
sand down a tiny portion where the t/r servo
clamp is and run a piece of very thin brass
shim material w/ a silver soldered wire.
