| Hey Mopzilla, I talk to somebody daily who did this. The problem is that he made all the parts on his own CNC machine and is currently in Maine on some well deserved rest. I can although point you towards his webpage and you can go from there.
If you are looking for a mass produced collective kit you are out of luck. The LMH was designed to be cheap to fly and crash. And once you start adding collective pitch, the price shoots through the roof. Just look at the price for the collective upgrade for a Hornet.
I think that there are a few people that did do a conversiont themselves using parts from other helis. But I don't have links to them. I would check the Ezone forums and ask around there. Also if you are looking for more power, go electric. You won't regret it. I just converted mine and love it. Flies stronger and more stable than with the IC engine.
This is his own actaul page and was just started a month ago so there isn't much info on there. But I would keep an eye on it.
