| Hello,
I've been flying for 6 months now on a Rap50v2 I'm starting to do basic aerobatics. A friend of mine just bought an ion and I've been extremely impressed, but the thing I like the most is how quiet and clean it is.
We'll go to a local school and he will fly the ion thru a pack and no one will bother us, then I crank up the raptor and next thing we know we've got a bunch of kids around us. I usually have to set down for safety reasons.
I'm not anywhere near an ion, either financially or skill level, but is there something close to the performance of my 50.
I've been looking at the logo's especially the new 14 or possably a raptor50 conversion.
My main concerns are cost (mainly the batteries), cost of crashes, and flight times.
Any info that you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!! |
