You have to make the motor mount, drill and tap the fan. I changed the head but that is because I will be turning more RPMs for drag racing. I have a gal though it now and it is lots of fum to fly !!!! Here is the post that got me started. http://runryder.com/helicopter/t100...ht=Raptor+50+61

not much more than a O.S.50 with same electronics. I am even closer to stock weight with the ccpm conversion it saves about 4.5 ounces. That is about the difference between motors and mufflers.
