| I have been charging TP lipo packs since their first batch, both individually and in parallel (sometimes multiple). With parallel charging, the only potential problem is the mismatch voltage of two packs. When one pack is stronger than the other, charger will overcharge the stronger pack because it's detecting both the weak and strong packs.
I ALWAYS measure the voltage for each pack prior to parallel charging and flying, in case one pack has gotten weaker than the other over use. If voltage differs more than 0.2v I will try to discharge the higher voltage pack to match them. I only had to do this discharge on some packs that were not balanced in the beginning. After few cycles they matched up pretty good. It's a good practice to keep flight log of voltage before/after charging and flying.
That was the practice recommended by Charlie Wang, and I follow it religiously without incident for almost 1 1/2 years now. These lipos are not to be taken lightly!
Just FYI, Schulze 8-936 will be able to charge two packs independent of each other.
