Hi

Just thinking about this for the future.

Is anyone utilising a mobile priniting service.

If so what printer are you using. I already have a 12v power inverter, jsut need to find a suitable printer.

I have Photoshop that I can load onto a Laptop so can edit in situ and print away. (If thats what the client wants) Alternatively I could copy out the selected images onto CD.

Cheers

Lee

I use An HP 7200 17inch widescreen Laptop, and epson R300 printer.
I can shoot and produce the final product within about 30 minutes all from my trailer.
It really seems to be important to all my customers that I can provide the final product before I leave the photo site.
As well as produce a reciept, and often get paid on the spot also.

I have an Epson Stylus Photo 925 printer that I use to produce up to 8 x10s on the spot.

I had compared side by side at the store with an HP printers. What sold me was the Epson uses some kind of process where the ink wasn't nearly as damp as the HP. Pretty nice in mobile conditions.

The Epson archival printing system is the way to go in my opinion, next to the fuji frontier the main problem with the frontier is that you would have to print off site.
