Do yo have a mode1 or a mode 2 Lama?Mode 1 has the ratchet on the
right hand stick. If you do have a Mode 1 Lama you will not see any controls move by moving the right hand stick from side to side.

One of the biggest problems with the XRB is a tight flybar in the head.. It must be able to pivot freely, without any tight spots. This can be the cause of your problems.

The flybar is the short metal rod with the two black plastic weights, mounted between the top set of blades. With the motors not running,
move the righthand stick while watching the output arms on the servos. These are at diagonals to the body of the Lama, either side of the upper main gear. One should move with forward and backwards movement of the stick and the other with left and right movement. If they don't move, then it is not working properly.

Sylap69,
I would contact whoever you purchased the Lama from and probably
send it back to get a replacement.
