| 3d whith woodies are no prob in itself. but u migth come out of tracking in a manuver, and that migth cost u the heli to crash. carbon and fiberglass blades keep better tracking. thats why we use them for 3d and F3C

Yes, I know this. Thats why I have carbons on my 50 and 60 and have carbons on the way for the 30, I basically made a typical beginner set up with my blade and electronics, (i.e. using 10 dollar servos all around even on tail) to prove to people that you dont need a REALLY expensive heli to do 3D, my raptor 30 is really fun to 3D, no pucker factor whatsoever.
